Windows 7 Ultimate X64 Cannot Detect My Sound Card!

I did a clean install of Win7x64, and to my surprise my output latency had dropped to less than half of what it was on my old drive. It Worked. The onboard controller should disappear from DevMgr. This Device Cannot Start. (code 10) I cannot explain why.

If so, I'd be interested to know if you experienced any problems and if the card worked properly. Windows won't install Realtek because it doesn't see the device the Realtek driver is supposed to be for.
