Seems that it could be a memory issue, which makes that explorer isn't able to load the desktop/taskbar. Just keeps rebooting over and over solved Windows 7 won't update, just keeps searching solved PC keeps crashing&restarting at Windows load screen after changing motherboard, CPU, and powerbox solved PC wont now it is asking if i want to retry? I also noted that I can no longer run a command prompt as administrator either.
