I can't believe after I did the above, the dam thing took updates in about 15 mins. Win 7 updated with the rollup, but stalled on updating further after everything was done, ( yes I left it running for a couple of hours) so I left it overnight, I did look in add-ons to see if something was added and didn't find anything related.
