So.. I have 2 drives 1 ssd and the other normal and gigabyte mobo (only the ssd bootable) . I had to unplug my SSD drive and use the longer cable for the HDD and a shorter one for the SSD but kept it in the same slot. weblink At this point it seems likely that this is a motherboard / BIOS issue.

I tried it for few weeks and than I decided to downgrade it to Windows 7. Then Win 10 went crazy. I guess that's why it's best to build a desktop from scratch and choose quality components. One day when I turned my computer on, it just wouldn't boot with my HDD attached but it boots with my SSD attached alone.
