First have you installed any new software if yes remove it and see if alls ok then if not. solved My laptop after closing it shut entered,perhaps sleep mode. I guess I need to contact MSI. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.
- The crash took place in the Windows kernel.
- I dont have my files backed up or a windows CD currently.
- Ensure you delete the entire folder on the left tree and not just the individual keys within the folder.
